Jonathan Cainer Horoscopes

There is a sense of myth about Jonathan Cainer. Horoscopes have been his interest since a couple of decades, but initially he did not believe anything of astrology. It was by so called "coincidence" that he started to walk his path as an astrologer.

He does not share any of his personal life on his website - hard for a curious person like me! On the other hand, I am not so much interested in the person Jonathan Cainer. Horoscopes, and even more important, accurate and trustworthy horoscopes are my interest.

Jonathan Cainer's horoscopes are featured in many, many British and foreign magazines and newspapers. His weekly and monthly predictions appear in magazines across the globe: in Reveal and Hello in Britain, plus in magazines in the USA, Canada, Turkey, The Arab Emirates and Bali!

Jonathan Cainer's daily forecasts are published in the Daily Mailin Britain, in Australia (The Sydney Daily Telegraph and The Melbourne Herald Sun) and in South Africa (The South African Times).They even appear on a Spanish website and on a mobile phone site in Japan.

On Jonathan Cainer's website, you can find a lot more than just horoscopes. Everyday he lists the actual major planetary aspects and detailed facts about the moonphase.

In his section about Love& friendship, you can read about the astrological influences on the relationship between two people and you can get a Sunsign reading about someone you know, just by entering his or her Sun sign and name. You can also get a characteristic of you child according to his or her Sun sign. A real fun section is where Jonathan Cainer draws the horoscopes of celebrities, I really enjoyed reading those!

Under the "perfect career" heading, you can find specifics for you Sun sign in the realm of your jobs and career.

Jonathan also provides personalised I Ching and Tarot readings, I do not know whether this is a computer program or an actual person casting the stones or drawing the cards. The readings are cheap, but not free, and I have to admite that I did not try them out. The reason is that there do exist free websites where you can draw a free Tarot reading yourself, my favourite one is http://osho.com - especially the transformational tarot is fabulous!

For I Ching readings I normally use tarot.com, they are not entirely free, but the sample readings are really very good and until now I only once bought the whole version.

I am sure that Jonathan is very aware of the fact that just using the Sun signs is a very limited way of characterising someone's personality.

I put in the name and Sun sign of my partner in the "Find out something amazing about your friend" corner on Jonathan Cainer Horoscopes' website, and what I read seemed the total opposite to what I know him to be:

xxx xxx is an energetic Aries with an irrepressible zest for life. When you need a problem solving or a decision making, xxx xxx is the ideal candidate for the job. If you are ever worried about how to handle something - or you need someone you can absolutely rely on - xxx will be the first to stride forward boldly declaring "Don't worry we'll soon sort THIS out."

And, what's more, he will.

Or Not. My sweetheart is known to be always looking and waiting, and he is so patient that normally someone else has sorted out the problem before he actually gets off his butt to take action. A very cool strategy, but either the horoscope is totally off center, of my honey doesn't know how he is supposed to be LOL

xxx xxx is not the kind of person to issue an empty promise. What xxx says xxx does - regardless of the consequences! That's part of the trouble. xxx just doesn't know how to play the game of 'consequences'. He likes to live for the moment. He likes to throw himself passionately into whatever he happens to be feeling, thinking (or lusting after) right here right now. That's why xxx usually ends up getting whatever he wants. That's also why, regardless of what he gets, he always ends up wanting something else!

Well, something to say here too. His kids have been very, very angry at him many, many times if he yet again didn't do what he had promised, and I learned over the years to take his promises as mere intentions, vague and with a lot of IF's and WHEN's. So, no Jonathan, I am sorry, but this Aries is not the Aries you're talking about. And I cannot blame you, because as you know, there is much more to astrology than just the Sun signs.
